ABILITIES: As a Valentine, Elphelt has incredible magical ability and output. She is capable of feats beyond humans in terms of strength, durability, and dexterity. We don't see her use direct energy-based attacks much like her sisters do, but she's still considered just as powerful as they are, and is chosen by the Universal Will to be the one to become the new Justice.
She also has access to a special set of magical weapons called the "Cyrus Project - Valis System". Elphelt's four guns, plus a grenade, the ammunition (concussive, non fatal) for such is produced via her own magic. The unnamed pistol is semi-automatic, mostly short ranged, and hasn't much stopping power. Miss Travailler is a tactical shotgun, short ranged, capable of wide bursting blasts. Miss Confire is a long range sniper rifle capable of heavy damage. Miss Genoise is a bazooka, capable launching explosive, area-of-effect damaging magical projectiles, but cannot be used unless she has plentiful magical energy to put into it. The Pineberry is a strawberry shaped "grenade" that has a short timer on it, and bursts in a small area. In addition to the magic concussive rounds she uses with the Valis System, she also has a special bullet she designed herself called the "Magnum Wedding" that can be fired through Miss Confire. It makes her target temporarily become lovesick and unable to fight, but doesn't actually damage anyone beyond that. All of these are non-fatal.
SUITABILITY: In truth, the world of Guilty Gear and its characters are Very Anime so Elphelt is not subject to a lot of what we'd think of as traditional horror, but as a Valentine she is exposed in canon to the idea of losing her own agency and becoming a tool to someone else's dark intentions. That sort of existential horror is something known to her, and something she struggles with, and likely will have trauma associated with it well into the rest of her life.
Aside from that, there is plenty of t-rated anime violence in the Guilty Gear games (it IS a fighting game, after all) but not really any legitimate gore or other physical horror. She also has experience with the "Nightmare on Elm Street" inspired villain Bedman, and the fear associated with him.
As a final note, in the finale of Xrd -SIGN-, Elphelt attempts suicide via self destruction, having despaired at the fact that she was forced to betray the friends and loved ones she'd made over the course of her journey. In terms of fear, this idea of being hated for something she's done is something that comes up a lot and will be detailed later in the personality questionnaire. Traditional horror elements will definitely spook her, but the real trauma will come mostly from psychological matters like that.

In canon, while she's not *aware* that the merging of Jack-O and Justice would resurrect Aria, the woman she is ostensibly a clone of, she would absolutely fight to do so.
"Dead should stay dead" isn't really something she even thinks about. If Ramlethal, Sin, or any one else she loves or care for were to perish, and she was presented with a means of bringing them back, she'd take it. If nothing else, she likely wouldn't even really consider the consequences initially, and deal with them with the same stubborn optimism she shows elsewhere down the line, or failing that, fight them tooth or nail. For the people she loves, there's not a whole lot of lengths she is not willing to go to.
So yeah, she'd do it. If it was Ramlethal, Sin, Sol. Hell even if it was someone she didn't even know that well. Her compassion extends so thoroughly. Given a chance to do something like this, she'd take it. Maybe if the consequences were severe enough, she'd be hesitant to do it a second time, but even then.
She gives a whole speech about how even painful memories are precious in the game, so she probably wouldn't give up any of her memories. Even the time she was forced to betray everyone stands out in her mind mostly for how it was resolved, in the end, though she was desperately afraid everyone would hate her. If anything, she'd like to lose how damagingly self-conscious she can be, but she'd probably talk herself out of it in the end. After all, what reason would she have to improve if she wasn't criticizing herself?
So yeah, she'd pass on the situation, ultimately. Hell, even in her highly romanticized imaginations of potential wedded bliss, she constantly takes the good with the bad. She sees even situations wrought with hardship and strife, so long as there's love somewhere, as something worth idealizing towards and striving for. Good memories, bad memories, good emotions, negative emotions, she feels like it's all part of the same wonderful soup. She will gladly take it all, so long as she has an opportunity to work towards a happy ending. What that happy ending might wind up being ultimately doesn't matter.

Repeatedly, in fact, her agency is taken from her and she's forced into situations where she's hurting others.
But El carries all of those with her, heavily, like a cross on her back. It just pushes on her conscience at all times, and even if others are forgiving her, she is not close to allowing herself to do the same.
Given her issues with betrayal, this would wind up being a hard one for her. More than anything, the idea of being hated or resented by someone she cares about is devastating to her. And even when lives were at stake, the fact that the Universal Will, her 'mother', was disguised as an important public figure in the world never left her lips (though it's arguable she didn't know, but she shows no actual shock or surprise when talking to her mother about it in their scenes together).
In the end, I personally think she'd choose to break the promise, but she'd agonize over the decision. And in doing so, despite what many would see as the better income, she'd still carry that guilt with her just as she did with the betrayal mentioned above. She believes in the potential of all beings to love.
